1. General & Business Identification

This website and its associated promotional offers are operated by Opportunities Publications (ACRA Registered Business in Singapore since 1994, Address: 231 Mountbatten Road, #01-06, Mountbatten Centre, Singapore 397999). By completing a purchase via PayPal, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Delivery & Access

All materials, guides, programs, and promised bonus materials are delivered digitally following successful PayPal payment verification.

3. Performance Guarantee & Conditional Refund Policy

Opportunities Publications offers a One-Year Conditional Money-Back Guarantee subject strictly to the following criteria:

Conditional Policy: We do not offer a "no questions asked" refund. The guarantee applies specifically if you follow the program as instructed and fail to generate income.

Proof of Implementation Required: To qualify for a refund, the Customer must provide clear, objective proof of action demonstrating that the program instructions were fully implemented.

Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 365 days from the original transaction date. Requests made after 365 days are invalid.

Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds will be issued directly back to the Customer via PayPal or bank transfer within 14 business days of claim verification.

Bonus Retention: Customers approved for a refund are permitted to retain all complimentary bonus materials provided at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Processing & PayPal Redirection

All online orders are securely processed through PayPal.

During checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment interface. You confirm that you are the authorized user of the PayPal account or payment card used.

PayPal's standard Buyer and Seller Protection policies apply according to PayPal's official terms. Please note that PayPal’s internal dispute window is governed by PayPal's platform rules (typically up to 180 days from purchase), whereas your agreement with Opportunities Publications for our performance guarantee extends up to 365 days under these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Opportunities Publications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our programs. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid by the Customer.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
